1. Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used TCG packs, booster boxes, or single cards.

• Gift cards.

• Sale items marked as final sale.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at Kiltedkards@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
